Using MagicDrive, the power elements- chain and brake are no longer connected to the wheel. Instead, they are connected to the gearing system between the motor and the wheel. Once a force is applied on the pedals or brakes, the motor has to react and equal this force, in order for it to be delivered onto the wheel.

MagicDrive naturally handles both acceleration and deceleration forces with utmost sensitivity, allowing ultimate control, paving the way for native ABS solutions which are offered as part of the system configurations. Our ABS does not modulate the hydraulic brake. Instead, modulation is handled on the motor level, which is far more precise and responsive. It’s like changing from analog to digital control.
